The Big Draw 2018: Play!

What would happen if the circus visited the library?

The Big Draw Festival is for anyone who loves to draw, as well as those who think they can’t. It’s an opportunity to join a global community in celebration of the universal language of drawing. This year’s theme is Play! - for kids and big kids alike, The Big Draw 2018 is all about letting loose, embracing happy accidents, discovery and most importantly having fun with those HBs!

Come along and work with the fabulous artist Emma Reynard in this year’s Big Draw fun whatever your age, no drawing ability required!

Join in with one of our FREE family workshops at libraries across the county from 6 October - 3 November, or visit the exhibition at Mansfield Central Library Gallery from 29 September - 20 December. The exhibition centrepiece, created by wonderful automata maker Keith Newstead, illustrate the hilarious antics that ensued when the circus visited!
