Festival of Science and Curiosity

Nottingham Festival of Science and Curiosity will be back again this February with a programme jam-packed full of free, hands-on activities to pique your family’s curiosity.

Discover incredible science tricks that boggle your brain, try your hand at using top-of-the-range lab equipment to take part in real-life research, put your engineering skills to the test with Lego space rovers, be taken on a journey to outer space in an inflatable planetarium or simply ask a scientist that question that you’ve always wanted to know the answer to.

Inspire is proud to be part of this festival with the two events listed below at Kirkby and Mansfield Central Libraries

The festival will be in running activities in schools during the week, in Nottingham city-centre venues on the weekend and in community venues across the city and county during half term. This year the festival also has a bustling ‘Curious Lates’ programme designed for adults, which will run during

the evenings throughout the festival.
