Click & Collect

Click & Collect continues to be available.

To book Click & Collect, please use the booking forms below or contact Ask Inspire by phone on 01623 677 200, or email

Inter-library loans and reservations are not available yet with Click & Collect but you may reserve items to collect from the library.

Collection can be made upon receipt of a notification and subject to library opening times.

This is how it works:

Click & Collect Service

  • Fill in our Click & Collect form or contact Ask Inspire, providing us with some details about the kind of books and DVDs you’d like.
  • Our staff will choose suitable items based on your criteria.
  • We will get in touch with you by telephone to arrange a convenient collection time.
  • Let us know if you have a friend or family member who can collect and return the items for you.
Items can be returned to libraries or at your next Click & Collect session. We are still unable to accept reservations or Inter-Library Loan requests at present as part of Click & Collect. However if you are visiting a library you may reserve and collect items in the usual way.

Home Delivery

  • If you are unable to get to the library yourself due to health concerns, please fill in the Home Delivery form or contact Ask Inspire providing us with some details about the kind of books and DVDs you’d like.
  • Our staff will choose suitable items based on your criteria.
  • We will try to find a volunteer to deliver your books.

To help us to keep you and our staff safe;

  • Books for Home Delivery which will be collected by volunteers will be packed in paper carrier bags. Please return books in these bags.
  • Respect others' space
  • Refrain from visiting if you have symptoms of Coronavirus

We are really excited to offer these services to you and we hope you enjoy using them. Please be patient with our staff whilst they get used to this new way of working.

Please read our FAQs and as always, you can email or phone on 01623 677 200 if you have any queries.
