Inspire Learning is an Association of Project Management (APM) accredited Centre. The qualification is a knowledge based qualification allowing you to demonstrate understanding of all elements of project management.
What will you learn?
The course covers a wide range of topics. You’ll gain a broad understanding of project management terminology, basic techniques and the people skills needed to successfully manage a project.
Course learning outcomes are:
· Project management planning
· Project scope management
· Scheduling and resource management
· Risk management and issue management
· Understand project quality management
· Understand communication in the project environment
· Understand principles of leadership and teamwork
This course is for you if you have responsibility for carrying out work that involves aspects of project management, or anyone looking to enhance their project management skills.
The course is on an intensive study basis, running for one week with a further half day to sit a final exam.
28th May – 1st June 2019. 9am – 5.15pm
3rd June 2019, 9am – 1pm for the exam
Venue - Worksop Library,
You will be required to sit one three-hour exam where you will choose 10 questions out of 16 to answer. Each question is worth 50 marks. You will need at least 275 to pass.
