A full body workout to develop your Pilates skills which will help to improve posture, flexibility and Pilates principles. You will learn traditional Pilates exercises to enable you to develop further. The course is suitable for all ages who have taken the introductory course and anyone who practices Pilates regularly. Please check with your doctor if you have any medical concerns.
