This course will introduce mindfulness as a way to a calm, compassionate and happy life.  You will leave with some simple skills to help you quickly and effectively incorporate mindfulness into your day, helping you to quieten your mind and be present in the moment. The course is for anyone who wants to understand more about the practice and benefits of mindfulness.
Learn techniques to bring balance to your body, mind and soul.
Exercises for living in the now, bringing an awareness to our daily lives.
