Is mind-reading actually possible? How can we interpret body language to better understand what others are really thinking? In this course you will discover how body language communicates people’s attitudes, desires and feelings. Underpinned by scientific studies, this interesting and entertaining online course will explain how to ‘read people’.
The course will look at the influence body language has on perception and communication. Covering first impressions, gestures, micro expressions, gravity-defying behaviours, intention signals, mirroring and matching, barriers and adaptors, the course will look at how people unconsciously leak their true feelings. This course will also look at wider areas of verbal and non-verbal communication, and how trust and rapport are affected!
