To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been a resident in the UK for the past 3 years.

Some exceptions may apply if you are living in the UK with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).


This course is designed to enable participants aims to help adults gain the skills and knowledge to increase their confidence and learn strategies to enable them to become more assertive.

What will be covered on the course?  What will be taught to learners? 

  •  What is confidence is and isn’t and how it may appear in different areas of our life 
  •  Strategies to help build confidence 
  •  What assertiveness is and the impact of different styles and personalities passive, assertive, aggressive 
  •  Identifying and Developing assertive behaviours for yourself and when working with others; 
  •  Ways to develop and demonstrate self-confidence and assertiveness; 
  •  Identifying what you want to achieve, setting personal goals and objectives

Learners will feel more confident and have the tools and resources to take forward to be more assertive in the future.

As this course is online learners will require access to a laptop, smart phone, computer or tablet.  The course will be accessed through Zoom.  You may wish to bring pen and paper to take notes.
