About this course

This short 3-week course will take you through two key higher-level functions needed for advanced level users - pivot tables and v-look ups. The course is designed to help you, not only improve your knowledge of Excel but also improve your employability.

This course could be FREE if you claim certain benefits or are in employment.

Having a good understanding of Excel will help you gain employment, for example, in the following areas:

Administration
School-based office administration
Data Entry
Accounts
Retail Manager

Learners on this course should already be familiar with Excel and be able to create simple spreadsheets.

Learners will also need an active email account as resources will be emailed throughout the course.

Advanced - users will need to be familiar with Excel and already know various formulas and functions laptops available in the session

To secure your place on the course BOTH the following must be done:

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.

Some exceptions may apply if you are living in England with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).

As we no longer receive funding for our ESFA-funded courses for learners living in the devolved areas listed below, full cost fees would apply to these courses if you live in these areas:
