About this course

Learners will explore the art of wreath making using garden foliage. The course is aimed at learners who enjoy being creative and do not need to have any previous experience in flower arranging. Learners will be given helpful tips and advice on how to prepare plant material for a design.

What will be covered

Identifying and naming foliage
Creating a fresh wreath
Learn new skills and techniques shown
Wiring skills
Bow making

What will learners achieve

Identify and name foliage used
Produce a fresh wreath with garden foliage
Create a bow for their design

You will need:

A selection of evergreen garden foliage (carrier bag amount full)
Sharpe scissors 
Florist foam ring
Oasis tape
Ribbon, poly or satin
Pine cones.
