Join us on this short course for a fascinating look at the past and the links to how we eat now. You will learn about food rationing in World War 2, what the Ministry of Food was and the important role it played. You will explore food recipes by Marguerite Patten OBE and look at how we can improve what we eat today with limited resources and commodities.
No previous knowledge required.
This is an online course. You will need a suitable electronic device such as a laptop, tablet or smartphone with internet access. Learners will also need to download and use Zoom (free software).

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.
Some exceptions may apply if you are living in England with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).
