This course will explore different guided meditation techniques and explore how they can help you develop calm, peace and balance. The course is suitable for any learner as a complete beginner or those wanting to get back into meditation. The course will cover techniques, variations, breathing and look at your next steps.
By the end of the course learners will have a better understanding of the different types of guided meditation and how they can help build a daily/weekly routine, bring a balance to life creating wellbeing.
The course is online via Zoom. Learners are requested to wear loose comfortable clothing and have a blanket or jumper to hand, also a glass of water.
