About this course

The art of massage has been around for centuries – for relaxation, to healing – such as the relief of numbness, tingling, and stiffness by applying pressure to areas of your hand/body. covering the history behind massage and the benefits and Health and Safety. Feel rejuvenated with a step-by-step self-hand massage (can also be done with a partner). Give that hand pain a relief fast.

What will be covered on the course?

Learning the history behind massage and the benefits, covering Health and Safety and to learn the steps to giving yourself a relaxing hand massage leaving your hands, fingers, arm’s and wrists revitalized. Covering massage techniques and terminology and learning about the many physical and mental benefits gained from this.

What will learners achieve by the end of the course?

By the end of the course learners will have knowledge of what massage is and terminology and how to perform a hand massage to themselves and others, covering Health and Safety and the history behind this relaxing art.

An understanding of the many physical and mental benefits gained from this.

Learners should bring:

A drink – water or juice, notebook and pen, water, cream, hand towel, cushion/pillow

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.
