Against a backdrop of Covid19, 1 in 4 women are now starting their own businesses, building purpose, profit and flexibility into their working lives.

The aims of this six week, online course are to:

  • Fuel Confidence: 6 in 10 women cite confidence as their biggest challenge when they start their businesses.  We know that confidence directly impacts the actions and decisions you’ll make about your business.  Which is why on this course we’ll begin by understanding your self limiting beliefs - the thoughts that are holding you back and which risk slowing you down. We’ll share with you a tried and tested approach to moving your own SLB’s out of your own way!
  • Build Know-how: no-one is born knowing how to build a successful business but there is a lot of learning out there in the world!  We believe in short-cutting that learning so that you don’t have to spend hours googling the answers - figuring it out for yourself. During this course we’ll guide you through a programme where our sole purpose is to help you to lay the foundations for a successful business (however you define success for yourself!)
  • Make Connections: 75% of women founders work from home. This can be an isolating experience at a time when we need to fuel our own confidence and belief in the businesses we’re creating. As a cohort-based course you will have the opportunity to learn in the company of other women who are also starting their businesses from their kitchen tables and in doing so make connections that will help you and your business to grow.
  • Inspire you! This course has been designed, created and is delivered by women who have stood where you’re at. Women who have made the leap and who have wished there was a safety net there to catch them.  There is no golden ticket when it comes to entrepreneurship but there is the opportunity to learn from the wisdom and experience of women whose only focus is to help you to build the business you dare to dream about.

During the course you will:

  • Get really clear on the ‘why’ of your business by understanding the needs it must meet for both you and your customers
  • Tip out your ‘think big business idea’ so that it fuels your resilience and your motivation to get started
  • Learn how to understand your self limiting beliefs and follow our five step approach to moving them out of your own way
  • Create your first business plan and in doing so understand the financial goals your business needs to achieve in its first year
  • Create your first Finance Tracker so that you can begin to manage costs and revenues into your business
  • Learn how to fuel your Creative Confidence and in doing so get clear on how to get your product or service in front of your ideal customer

All workbooks are editable online with the option to print.
