About this course

To introduce the internal art of how to do an Indian Head Massage to self and to others, learning different movement techniques, to be able to identify contra-indications, understand the health benefits, to gain knowledge of the history of Indian Head Massage and the ancient healing system of Ayurveda, covering basic anatomy and physiology. 


What will be covered on the course?   

  • How to do an Indian Head Massage to self and to work on others, learning different movement techniques, contra-indications, health benefits, history, Ayurveda, covering anatomy and physiology. 

What will learners achieve by the end of the course?  

  • By the end of the course learners will show secure knowledge of how to do an Indian Head Massage to self and to work on others. To be able to show understanding of the different techniques. To be able to identify contra-indications, know about the many health benefits, the history, and the basics of anatomy and physiology.

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.

Some exceptions may apply if you are living in England with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).

As we no longer receive funding for our ESFA-funded courses for learners living in the devolved areas listed below, full cost fees would apply to these courses if you live in these areas:
