About this course

Learn with your Baby is a three- week course with each week taking a different focus. It aims to give you lots of ideas for activities and interacting with your baby and why they are so helpful for child development.

These sessions are designed for you and your child to have fun and learn together.

Content

Practical fun sessions using simple everyday objects
Learn how to encourage the development of language skills, motor skills and more.

What will be covered on the course? What will be taught to learners?

Simple play activities to help with the development of language and motor skills.

What will learners achieve by the end of the course?

A range of activities and how to use them at home or when out and about, a good understanding of why the activities help and how they underpin development.

If possible: a blanket/mat to sit on, a small selection of props (such as small toys, a soft ball, a cloth bag). The tutor will be in touch with you before the course starts to advise you.

To secure your place on the course BOTH the following must be done:

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.

Some exceptions may apply if you are living in England with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).
