This is a course to support anyone affected by loss, by death or other forms. It does not offer counselling or therapy. However, we shall explore the stages and phases of loss and grief and discover ways in which we can begin to live more positively again after loss. In doing so, learners will have opportunities to share their own experiences and listen to others.
On this course, we will look at:
Learners will require an openness to learning about the theory of loss and bereavement, and to sharing their own experience and listening to those of others.
As this course is online, a suitable device such as laptop, smart phone, tablet or computer will be required to access the course. Zoom will be used for the live sessions and the link will be sent to you once your enrolment has been completed.

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.
Some exceptions may apply if you are living in England with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).
