The course is for anyone who wishes to learn and understand Aspects of meditation and start working with mudra hand positions. The course will explore different Mudras with meditation practices, learn techniques to bring balance to your bode, mind and soul, look at how Mudras vary with each element they work with.  By the end of the course you will be more focused in living in the now, have an understanding of how all Mudras work differently, release stress, anxiety and worry through breathing techniques and hand Mudras.


The course will cover Mind Mudra's, Water Mudra's, Earth Mudra's, Ether Mudra's, Air Mudra's and Fire Mudra's and How to adapt to a daily routine.

Meditation techniques to enhance health.

Breathing techniques to calm the mind.

Mindful techniques for living in the now


Learners will access the course online through Zoom.
