About this course

On this course, you will learn how to use different techniques such as how to use writing to put your own thoughts and feelings on paper in a non-judgmental way and the use of chakras, sounds, colour and crystals. 


We will look at ways to be more positive in your thinking, covering the 7 Steps to make the Law of Attraction work for you, making your own positivity cards to use as affirmations to meditate on and experience guided meditations. 


You will gain an awareness of a variety of tools to meditate at an empowering level.  


By the end of the course learners will have a deeper knowledge of what external factors help to promote and make meditation easier. 

  • To be able to show understanding of how to use a variety of techniques and how these can influence meditation, with the use and understanding, of chakras, sounds, crystals, and how to use the law of attraction. 
  • To be able to apply different meditation techniques and show an understanding of how to use them in different situations and circumstances. 

Resources required by attendees:


You will need to bring a drink – water or juice, notebook and pen, cushion, comfortable clothes and a throw or blanket

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.


Some exceptions may apply if you are living in England with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).


As we no longer receive funding for our ESFA-funded courses for learners living in the devolved areas listed below, full cost fees would apply to these courses if you live in these areas:
