To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been a resident in the UK for the past 3 years.

This introduction explains what Mindfulness is and how to incorporate it into your own life. Through discussions, activities, and guided meditations, you will learn how to be more aware of how to live in the present moment. Mindfulness has been proven to be greatly beneficial for our health, it will help with your own self-esteem, showing you ways of how to relax, having a clearer mind and is significantly beneficial for stress relief.
