To secure your place on the course BOTH the following must be done:

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been a resident in the UK for the past 3 years.

Some exceptions may apply if you are living in the UK with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).

The aims of the course are To explain what mindfulness is / means,  demonstrate a range of mindful activities and to plan how Mindfulness will be used in future to enhance health and wellbeing.

  • Different definitions of mindfulness 
  • A range of mindful activities.  
  • How to benefit from Mindful activities 
  • How to apply Mindfulness to everyday life.  

What will learners achieve by the end of the course? 

  • How to apply mindfulness to their everyday life.  
  • To build on skills to enhance health and wellbeing  
  • To have a better understanding of themselves. 

 As this course is online learners will require access to a laptop, smart phone, computer or tablet.  The course will be accessed through Zoom.  You will also require pen and paper.
