About this course

Join us for this friendly, supportive course and discover the art of mindful journaling with an emphasis on incorporating the natural world around us.

By the end of this course you will know:

What mindfulness is
What a Mindful Journal is
How Mindfulness is viewed in some European Countries
How to incorporate mindfulness into your handwriting, drawing, planning and nature

No prior knowledge is required for this course.

You will need:

Paper and pen, journal or notebook

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.
