Join us for this friendly, supportive online course and discover the art of mindful journaling with an emphasis on incorporating the natural world around us.
By the end of this course you will know:
No prior knowledge is required for this course.
This is an online course. You will need a suitable electronic device such as a laptop, tablet or smartphone with internet access. Learners will be required to download and use Zoom (free software). Paper and pen, journal or note book.
To secure your place on the course BOTH the following must be done:

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.
Some exceptions may apply if you are living in England with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).
