About this course

Learn how to edit and enhance photographs using a free software package (GIMP). By the end of the course you will be able to use the tools and brush facilities to colour adjust, effect, filter, and layer your images. This is a beginners course , but it is useful to have a basic knowledge of using a mouse and windows or Apple computer.

What will be covered on the course?

Attendees will learn how to use the free image editor GIMP to re-touch and enhance photographs

What will learners achieve by the end of the course?

Learners will be able to use colour adjustments, effect and filters and layers to enhance their pictures. They will know how to use the selection tools and brushes.

What skills or knowledge do learners already need to have to attend the course?

Ability to use a windows or Apple computer. Effective mouse skills
