About this course

This practical course is suitable for people who have some experience of Pilates and it's basic principles. We will develop our Pilates exercises and build up an understanding of how Pilates can affect your daily life.

This course will cover the basic principles of Pilates:

Breathing - Traditional method lateral breathing
Balance – For body wellbeing
Concentration- for your mental awareness
Control - to help your exercise technique
Core Control - foundation of your movement, helping with your flexibility
Precision - awareness of your muscles
Flow - help fluidity and grace

To participate in this course you will need a yoga or pilates mat (or a large towel), water and loose clothing so the exercises do not restrict movement.

As this course is online, a suitable device such as laptop, smart phone, tablet or computer will be required to access the course. Zoom will be used for the live sessions and the link will be sent to you once your enrolment has been completed.

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.

Some exceptions may apply if you are living in England with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).
