About this course

This course will introduce you to the concepts of Reiki and the interpretation of the 5 principles of Reiki.  You will be attuned to the Reiki at Level 1 and be able to create a ball of energy to practice on yourself.  We will also look at the many benefits of Reiki, how to perform a Reiki healing session and to understand the possible healing reactions that could occur during and after a Reiki healing session.

Following attunements, we will also look at where the major chakra points are and what they are related to, balance the chakras using a pendulum, to use crystals and colour to enhance/help in healing sessions and know what effects they can have on us.

You will need:

  • A drink – water or juice, notebook and pen. After the first week to bring bath sheet and hand towel, and cushion
