About this course

Learn the beginning teachings in Usui Reiki.Working with Meditation and Mindfulness to aid

balance in life.

At this level students become qualified to practice Reiki on yourself,friends and family.

Shoden is traditional Japanese Reiki and accessible to all age groups.

What will be covered on the course?

Start working with the Precepts.

Energy Exercises. Including Three Diamonds,Energy Ball and Hatsurei Ho.

Meditation practices.

Self Reiki techniques.

Pair Work Reiki Techniques and hand positions

What will learners achieve by the end of the course?

Recall The Precepts and recite daily for your personal journey

Identify Three diamonds and review Hatsurei Ho Energy Exercises

Recognise Energy Ball and practice Meditation techniques

Investigate Self Reiki hand placements and relate this to your own body / energy field.

This course is for anyone with an interest in Meditation and An Holistic Approach in LIfe

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.

Some exceptions may apply if you are living in England with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).
