About this course

This course will refresh your skills in practicing energy exercises, precepts, hatsurei ho and meditation techniques.

Practising/brushing up Reiki exercises, breathing techniques and Self Reiki.

What will be covered on the course?

Reiki Precepts
Energy Exercises - Including Three Diamonds and Hatsurei Ho
Self Reiki hand positions
Reiki Meditations Taggart King via you tube
Re cap of Learners level of Reiki experience
What will learners achieve by the end of the course?
Recognise the importance of Completing the precepts
Identify energy exercise such as Three diamonds & Hatsurei Ho and review how they help to bring balance to your life when practiced regularly
Recognise self reiki hand positions and distinguish variations used to bring results for the individual
Experiment with Reiki meditations from Taggart King from YouTube
If Students are with the UK Reiki Federation(or other governing bodies) the certificate for this course will go towardstheir courses attended for the year.

Learners must have completed Reiki Level 1 Shoden or at least Reiki level 1 as a minimum

All Levels are invited to join in this class Reiki Level 1 Shoden,Reiki Level 2 Okuden and Reiki Level 3 Shinpiden
