To secure your place on the course BOTH the following must be done:

  • Complete the EVENTBRITE BOOKING
  • Complete our INSPIRE ONLINE ENROLMENT FORM for each person attending the course.

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been a resident in the UK for the past 3 years.

Some exceptions may apply if you are living in the UK with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).



The aim of this course is to introduce practical ways to include self-care into everyday life.  We will look at the benefits of self-care, the ten principles to self-care and how to create an action plan for self-care.


By the end of the course, you will be able to:

  • Describe and demonstrate self-care principles and their benefits
  • Further own self-care practice
  • Create an action plan on self-care

This is an online course. A suitable electronic device such as a laptop, tablet or smartphone with internet access will be required. Learners will be required to download and use Zoom (free software).


You will also require 

  • Notepad and pen
  • An item of food that they like to eat
