About this course

The course is for people who want to learn basic vocabulary and phrases that can be used

while on holiday in Spain. The course also provides an overview of different cities and cultures

in Spain.

Learners will be taught how to greet people, order food and drinks, make basic enquiries

regarding accommodation and transport, and ask about places of interest and activities.

What will learners achieve by the end of the course?

  • Learners will be able to use basic conversational skills in Spanish which will allow them to get more out of their holiday in Spain and feel more confident talking to the local people

No textbook required, but it is recommended that learners bring a pen and some paper to take notes.

No previous skills or knowledge in the target language (Spanish) are needed; however, it is

important that learners can read and write in English.
