To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been a resident in the UK for the past 3 years.

Some exceptions may apply if you are living in the UK with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).


This course will give you tips and techniques to manage stress on a daily basis. Improving your mental, emotional and physical health and wellbeing. 

On this course, we will cover:

  • What is stress? The causes and triggers. 
  • Fight or flight. Feelings, emotions and behaviour. 
  • Explore ways to break the anxiety cycle. 
  • Learn about and practice different relaxation techniques. 

This is an online course. A suitable electronic device such as a laptop, tablet or smartphone with internet access will be required. Learners will be required to download and use Zoom (free software).  You may wish to bring a notepad and pen to take notes.
