To secure your place on the course BOTH the following must be done:

Complete our INSPIRE ONLINE ENROLMENT FORM for each person attending the course.

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been a resident in the UK for the past 3 years.

Some exceptions may apply if you are living in the UK with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).

This next steps course will build on the skills you have developed from the introduction course and combine affirmations with visualisations for positive results, how to use them and vary them in your life.

Select your best Visualisation techniques and Affirmations
Identify different Visualisation techniques and review how this deepens a meditation practice
Recognise the power of visualisation and compose your own Affirmations for your own personal journey
Establish a starting point and expand on your own visualisation board
Assess progress ongoing and adapt and review any changes required for your Visualisation Board
Select Pictures and Symbols from Magazines,Internet and books to challenge creativity

As this course is online learners will require access to a laptop, smart phone, computer or tablet. The course will be accessed through Zoom. You will also require paper and pen for notes, but PDF file will be sent from tutor each week via email.
