New Autumn Courses 2021

We’re excited to welcome you back to our libraries with our brand new autumn 2021 programme.

For the first time since the start of the pandemic we're offering adult learning in many of our safe, welcoming libraries, and learning centres in your local community. We'll also continue to offer a range of online courses for you to learn in the comfort of your own home – the same friendly, experienced tutors, but online via zoom.

Explore hobbies and new interests, improve your health and wellbeing, or develop your skills for employment. You can even get free careers and benefits advice.

Courses are low cost or free if you’re in receipt of eligible benefits.

Our best programme yet!

Brush up your English, maths and IT skills, or boost your career with our part or fully funded level 1 and 2 accredited qualifications.

Get creative using textile crafts such as macrame or needle felting, introduce yourself to the art of colour, glass painting, or ink drawing and create fireside stories or poetry.

Learn about heart health and lift your mood through meditation, create mindfulness through photography or get active with Balletcise.

You can even spend quality time with the family and have fun learning something new together with our fun, free family learning courses.*

Browse courses by theme below and book your place online.

You can also call us on 01623 677 200 or email

Please note that bookings close 7 days prior to the course start date.
