Your library books will be renewed automatically throughout the crisis, you do not need to take any action. When we reopen you will be given a further 3 weeks to return or renew your items.
There are no fines to pay for items due back after we closed due to the coronavirus (20th March onwards)
Yes, any books that were reserved before we closed will remain on the system and you will be notified when we reopen. Unfortunately, we are unable to take new reservations during this closure period

Ring our contact point, Ask Inspire on 01623 677 200. We will find your membership for you, check that your account is still valid (accounts expire after 3 years and need reactivating), check the details we hold for you are up to date and tell you your PIN number. Alternatively, you can email us on ask@inspireculture.org.uk

You can’t place a hold/reservation on any item of stock while we are closed due to the coronavirus crisis
eBooks can’t be downloaded on to the kindle. The Kindle is an Amazon product and can only download eBooks from the Amazon online store. The Amazon fire is a tablet and you can load other types of eBook onto it.
During our closure, we've secured access to Ancestry.co.uk (Library Edition) FREE to Inspire library members. This service is only available as a temporary measure (usually accessible from Inspire libraries and Nottinghamshire Archives PCs only), you'll need your library card and PIN number to access it.
