Author Danny Scott

Join us to hear Danny Scott share stories from his remarkable memoir. There was a time when Danny felt like the undisputed King of Selston – but deep down he knew the real King was coal. In his vivid and funny memoir, Danny recalls growing up in the Nottinghamshire mining village of Selston in the 1970s. Evoking resilience, humour and the changing fortunes of a proud community, The Undisputed King of Selston shines a light on a way of life that shaped both a village and an era.
