The Penguin Lessons (12)

Starring Oscar nominee Steve Coogan, this poignant dramedy from director Peter Cattaneo follows an Englishman’s personal and political awakening after he adopts a penguin during a cataclysmic period in Argentine history.

These relaxed screenings are particularly suitable for people living with dementia and memory challenges, their family and friends but anyone is welcome. Please feel free to talk, sing and move during the screening.

Doors will open 20 minutes before the screening and there will be a 20 minute interval. We will be sensitive to the audience when it comes to lighting and volume in the meeting room. A quiet space for anyone needing a brief break from the film will be available just outside the meeting room. Toilets are downstairs on the main library floor.

The meeting is on the first floor of the building with lift access.

If you have any additional requirements or questions before booking please contact ask@inspireculture.org.uk
