The Windrush Decision: An Always Community Project

In 1948 men and women were recruited directly from the Caribbean to work in the UK.  What sacrifices were involved in leaving the Caribbean? How difficult was that Windrush decision? How did it affect them and their families?

Why not come along and enjoy the delights of a free authentic Caribbean meal and an exciting exhibition in film, pictures, personal stories, oral histories and much more. It will be an informal event, so please drop in for all or some of the evening.
