Health Information Week 2026 takes place from Monday 19 until Friday 23 January, with days to highlight information and resources around key themes including children's health, mental wellbeing and winter health.
We are joining in to inspire better health and promote easy access to high-quality health information which can have a huge impact on staying healthy and managing illness effectively, giving a better quality of life.
We'll be offering plenty of activities over the course of the week to help you look after yourself and your health. All events free unless stated otherwise.
