Published 13th October 2016

This half-term, young people in Notts will have the chance to get spooky with two of the scariest authors around!

The Spooktacular Horror Season is for anyone who loves to read or write horror stories, gets the shivers from steampunk or is inspired by all things spooky and scary!  The authors will be hosting a workshop from 11am-1pm and a chill-packed talk in the afternoon 2-4pm.

  • Alexander Gordon Smith, ‘The Stephen King of YA Horror’ author of the bestselling ‘Furnace’ series & maker of horror films will be at West Bridgford Library on Tuesday 25 October.

  • Sarah Mussi, author of the gothically-supernatural ‘Angel Dust’ and the Dragon-filled fantasy series ‘The Snowdonia Chronicles’ will be at Mansfield Central Library on Friday 28 October.
