Health and Wellbeing

Health and Wellbeing resources put together by Inspire Learning to ensure learners stay mentally and physically well during their time with us.

At Inspire, the health of our customers, staff and learners is paramount.

What to do if you are struggling with your mental health:

Zoom Sessions for Study Programme Students

  • Every Friday at 2pm we will be having a zoom chat, quiz and Q&A! This is a great chance to socialise, ask any questions about your work and have some fun. The link will be sent out via email.
  • Every day at 1pm our Functional Skills tutors will be available via Zoom for you to ask any questions about your work. The link will be sent out via Zoom.

Remember - there are also some listening services that you can call if you are struggling with your mental health. These services offer confidential advice from trained volunteers. You can talk about anything that's troubling you, no matter how difficult:

If you're under 19, you can also call 0800 1111 to talk to Childline. The number will not appear on your phone bill.
