Portland Pathways

We're working with Portland College to provide tutoring that supports mental health and confidence

Inspire are working in partnership with Portland Pathways at venues in Newark, Ashfield, Worksop and Mansfield. Our Rebuild courses are for adults who are feeling worried, stressed or lacking in confidence but don’t know who to speak to, and are designed to boost your confidence, manage anxiety, and prepare you for your next steps in life. 

Each course is one day a week, for five weeks and runs from 9.45am – 2.45pm. Courses are available throughout the year and are free of charge. 

Entry Level 3 Topics include:

  • Anxiety management
  • Understanding depression
  • Managing change
  • How to budget
  • Stress management

Level 1 Topics include:

  • Thinking differently about things
  • Assertiveness
  • Effective communication skills
  • Motivation
  • Achieving goals
