• To discuss any matters arising from the minutes*
• Presentation of the Annual Review by Peter Gaw (Chief Executive Officer)
• To receive and approve the Trustees Report and Financial Statements* for the year ended 31 March 2026 by Margaret Anderson (Chief Finance Officer)
• Confirmation of the newly elected/appointed board members
