A gentle aerial hammock workshop, for babies and their grown ups
A sensory experience for babies using an aerial hammock to gently sway and rock your little one, with songs, movement and exploratory play... plus, some gentle stretching for adults.
The workshop includes: yoga stretching and gentle aerial play in hammock for baby and their grown up, circus toys and sing song for babies.
We will ease into the session gently, do not worry about being late.
Suitable for babies from 6 weeks - 18 months and their grown up.
NB. New mums - please ensure your doctor has signed you off to do exercise or you have had your 6-week check-up.
