Eastwood & Beyond - A Look Back in Time

Inspire’s Heritage team will be here with resources from our archives and will also be inviting people to record their memories for future generations.

Some of our stands on the day will include:

• Granville Horton of Beauvale Cycling will be bringing an exhibition including many of his cycles (including the 1970’s classic Raleigh Chopper).
• An exhibition of local photographs by Anthony Kirby.
• Richard Harvey with Kimberley Brewery memorabilia.
• The D H Lawrence Museum – artefacts and local history publications.
• Eastwood U3A Local History group, Nuthall History Society, Friends of Bennerley Viaduct, Harry Burton, Brian Fretwell of Chapter & Verse, local Author Jo Greaves, Broxtowe Economic Development team with their historical ‘Eastwood Ale Trail’ launch!
