Family Yoga and Mindfulness in Nature at Retford Library: December

Take time to breathe, stretch and connect with the world and each other. A series of monthly sessions for 5-11 year olds and parents/carers.

As part of Retford Library's Places to Connect programme, funded by Libraries Connected and Natural England, Rose from Little Rainbows Yoga will lead you and your child through warm ups, exercises, stories and imagination, to connect with each other and and the natural world.

Each of the 5 sessions will be seasonally themed. Book for one session at a time, or book ahead for all 5 sessions:

7th December 2024, 18th January, 8th February, 8th March and 29th March 2025.

• Please wear clothing that allows free movement. All mats and materials provided.
• Suitable for children in KS1 and KS2, ages 5-11. Children must be accompanied by a participating adult. Maximum 2 children per adult.
• Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of your first sessions to complete contact forms.

Places limited to a total of 10 per session, including all adults and children. It is important that you let us know if you will be unable to attend, so that we can offer available spaces to others on the waiting list. Please contact ruth.telford-brown@inspireculture.org.uk
