Join us for a fun-filled afternoon to celebrate the launch of the Healthier Happier Connected Creative Exhibition.
You will have chance to peruse the artwork on display created through the Connect & Create workshops, have a go at chair-based exercises led by Your Health Notts, listen to an uplifting musical performance presented by Live Music Now, and top off the afternoon with tea and cake!
Particularly suitable for older people - including those living with dementia and their carers.
