Over the past two years, Inspire's Healthier, Happier, Connected, Creative programme has invited us to print, paint, dance, laugh, sing, stretch and sway our way to ageing well.
This celebratory exhibition displays a mixture of photographs, artwork and audio capturing the power of creativity and connection, proving that a good cuppa and friendly chat are essential for building a happier, healthier community.
