Pianist and singer-songwriter Ollie West is back on the road with The Wildflowers this April for a select run of shows celebrating their new music.

The music of Manchester-based pianist and singer-songwriter Ollie West has shifted dramatically since his formative years playing at open mic nights aged 14. Ask Ollie where his music sits genre-wise and he’ll probably say “piano-driven folk-rock”, but really this is only scratching the surface. Ollie’s passion for writing has seen his music explore jazz, folk, pop, rock, prog and even classical music to create a truly unique sound that is unequivocally “Ollie West” by nature.

Joined by long time band members Ashley Garrod, Pete Leaver and James Cooke, this year the band welcome tenor horn, keyboard player and vocalist Nat Martin, and violinist-vocalist Aninka Nesporova to the fold to form the all new Ollie West & The Wildflowers.

Tickets £8 in advance  | £10 on the door

About BetseyB

With a voice described as "beyond her years", Betsey's big, powerhouse vocals leave everyone feeling emotionally moved. After opening the Main Stage at Splendour Festival supporting Anne Marie and releasing her debut single which reached no.6 in the RnB iTunes charts, BetseyB is onto a big year. Crowned as Future sound of Nottingham 2023, Betsey is one to watch. Her empowering aura is unforgettable and shines through her music through her great storytelling and raw, jazzy tone similar to Etta James and Amy Winehouse. Always scribbling lyrics onto paper, writing is what she lives and breathes, she'll be releasing two more singles later this year.
