Inspire Poetry Festival 2023 are proud to present a new Small World Experience, inspiring creativity through film
Can a film be poetic? Take inspiration from this 1956 Oscar winning short film and create your own poetry. Our film follows the adventures of Pascal, a young Parisian boy who discovers a red balloon one morning, and soon finds that it has a will of its own!
Shown as part of the Inspire Poetry Festival 2023, the film will be shown in the main children's library at 10am, 12pm and 2pm. Sign up for your Free Tickets on Eventbrite to receive reminders about the event but families are welcome to drop in during the day when children will be encouraged to create their own poetry book.
