A heart-warming exhibition, where woolly works of art, and the act of giving are intertwined!

More than 500 beautiful handmade Wrapped scarves have been made for this exhibition at West Bridgford Library.

A visually stunning celebration of yarn crafts and a perfect example of a creative community coming together to generously give their time, skills and wool!

Inspire: Culture, Learning and Libraries, Mansfield Building Society, Creative Lives and Trussell are supporting the challenge to make knitted and crocheted scarves to be given as warm gifts.

Nottinghamshire knitwear designer Jane Withers has inspired crafters across the county (and beyond!) to pick up their knitting needles, crochet hooks and lots and lots of wool to get creative for a good cause.

THANK YOU to everyone for making wonderful woolly scarves. Please keep handing in any finished scarves to your local library - they will be sent to West Bridgford to be added to the exhibition, and then donated at the end of September.

At the end of the exhibition all scarves will be gifted by project partners Trussell.
